What online coaching actually includes

"Online coaching" means very different things depending on who's selling it. At its worst it's a one-time PDF. At its best it's a coach who builds a plan around you, reads your data every week, and adjusts as your life changes.

What you should expect

  • A training and nutrition plan built for your goals, equipment, and schedule.
  • Weekly check-ins where your coach reviews the data and tunes the plan.
  • A way to ask questions between sessions and get a real answer.
  • Progress tracked honestly — so wins are visible and stalls get fixed fast.

Why accountability is the product

Information is free. What changes results is having someone who pays attention, expects the check-in, and adjusts the plan before a bad week becomes a bad month. That feedback loop — not the PDF — is what you're paying for.
